Job Title: Junior Trade Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trade Support Analyst to join our Trade Support team in León, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client FX trades, verifying trade confirmations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client FX trades, including trade verification, confirmation, and amendments in line with internal processes and SLAs.
  • Manage FX trades booked with liquidity providers, including matching and reconciliation via various third-party platforms.
  • Provide rate provision and deal execution for trades booked with specific liquidity providers, including internal book.
  • Manage trade amendments and ad-hoc exceptions in line with internal processes and SLAs.
  • Create and provide supplementary trade documentation, including statements, where required.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including liquidity providers and front office teams, as needed.
  • Complete allocated tasks with focus and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate task status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers, and escalate problems swiftly, as needed.
  • Adhere to all internal policies, processes, and procedures.
