Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify high-potential leads for our internal sales teams using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Conduct thorough company evaluations to assess potential and ensure policy compliance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and market seasonality to inform lead sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to plan ahead and meet quarterly lead targets.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of work progress in a clear and presentable format.
- 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research.
- Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher.
- B2 level or higher of market being supported.
- Native level of Greek or any CEE language.
- Advanced level of English.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
- Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
- Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
- Salary: 22,525€ gross/year + up to 3,975€ gross/year in bonus.
- Permanent Contract.
