Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled City Center Manager to lead our team in Gothenburg. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and creating opportunities for our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key architects and designers in the area.
  • Manage Key Customers: Plan visits, develop relationships, and generate sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads, track them until closure, and ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the design team to achieve sales growth and brand recognition.
  • Business Development: Identify strategies, priorities, and action frameworks to drive commercial and promotional activities.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute events that impact sales, aligning with our mission and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with our products and services is an advantage.
