Job Description

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with Oracle Contractors, you will play a key role in representing the European side of our programme. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, covering core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent, and Goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and support expert users in the business, enhancing their understanding and capabilities in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve working practices and introduce new ones, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage external resources to deliver projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three Oracle Cloud HCM implementations experience, covering core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent, and Goals.
  • Implementation background in other ERP HCM applications, such as Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, and PeopleSoft.
  • Strong change and transformation experience from both a user and business process perspective.
  • Development of core HR reports using relevant Oracle reporting functionality, including Smartview and OTBI.
  • Hierarchy and security requirements identification.
