Retail Operations Leader

Job Overview

As a Retail Operations Leader, you will guide teams to enhance the financial performance of our retail locations by optimizing talent, executing operational strategies, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This role demands a sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset. You will excel in cultivating high-performing teams that deliver outstanding results.

The expected salary range for this role is $XXX,XXX – $XXX,XXX based on various factors such as location, expertise, education, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a quarterly performance bonus. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package for Associates and their families, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible Associates can enroll in our 401k plan and will accrue paid time off up to 200 hours annually (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick leave is available up to 80 hours per year, unless otherwise mandated by law.

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of two years in retail management Education Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred, or High School diploma/equivalent Physical Demands Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds intermittently. Requires standing and moving throughout the entire shift. Capability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist. Ability to safely navigate ladders. Must be able to become forklift certified and operate a forklift in accordance with safety regulations. Availability Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as required to meet business needs. Regular attendance is a fundamental aspect of the role. Some travel may be necessary.
