About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Marco's Franchising, LLC. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, supervising the crew and workstations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and direct the crew, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the restaurant, including cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Inventory and Scheduling: Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and ordering, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, prioritizing the safety and well-being of team members and customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age and Experience: Must be at least 18 years old and have prior experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Standing and Mobility: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move freely throughout the restaurant.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and can-do attitude.
