Retail Operations Leader

Job Overview

As a Retail Operations Leader, you will guide teams to enhance the financial performance of our retail locations by optimizing talent, executing operational strategies, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will demonstrate a sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset, thriving on the development of high-performing teams that excel in their roles.

The expected salary range for this role is $XXX,XXX – $XXX,XXX based on various factors including location, expertise, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for a quarterly incentive. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package for Associates and their families, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible Associates can enroll in our 401k plan and will accrue paid time off up to 200 hours annually (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick leave is available up to 80 hours per year, unless otherwise mandated by law.

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of two years in retail management Education Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred, or High School diploma/equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds. Requires standing and moving for the duration of the shift. Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist. Ability to safely ascend and descend a ladder. Ability to become forklift certified and physically capable of operating a forklift in accordance with safety protocols. Availability Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as required to meet business needs. Regular attendance is a critical function of the role. Some travel may be necessary.
