Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Home Care Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Home Care category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support the Home Care category, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade show participation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, perfumers, and R&D, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and consumer insights in the Home Care industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the fragrance industry, with a strong track record of driving growth and expansion.
  • Proven expertise in the Home Care category, including fabric softeners and detergents.
  • Strong understanding of fragrance industry trends, technologies, and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
