Job Overview

Next-Link is on the lookout for a talented Paid Social Media Specialist to enhance our team of external consultants and provide support to a leading global pharmaceutical client.


In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing effective social media advertising strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and meeting targeted marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute paid social media campaigns that align with the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Oversee and optimize social media advertising budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Perform in-depth evaluations of campaign effectiveness and deliver actionable insights.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth campaign execution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and its regulatory environment.
Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in managing paid social campaigns with substantial budgets across various regions.
  • Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with additional social media platforms is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of data feed management tools and social advertising technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports tailored to client needs.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics is beneficial, as it is utilized for measuring and analyzing digital marketing efforts.
  • Competence in using JIRA for agile project management in marketing contexts.
  • Experience with tagging and pixel implementation for conversion tracking, including troubleshooting and optimization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Native German speaker with excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Previous agency experience is a plus.
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Team-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong belief in the value of paid social media within the marketing funnel.
  • An intrinsic curiosity to stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing and social media.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing various projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is an added advantage.
