Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) and support project teams with planning, scheduling, tracking, and managing development deliverables.
- Documentation Management: Identify, plan, and track project documentation deliverables according to Quality System processes and drive excellence in Agile ways of working.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with SCRUM teams and stakeholders to plan, schedule, and track the delivery of development and design change processes within the Agile framework.
- Dependency Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor the status of any dependencies the project team has and drive timely handoffs per project schedule.
- Technical Review and Improvement: Facilitate technical review meetings and drive completion of any identified action items, while also promoting continuous improvement and recommending process improvements based on feedback and experience.
- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain best practice and operating procedure documentation in the team knowledgebase.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor work to ensure quality and continuously promote Quality First Time.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to create project documentation/reports that are complete, consistent, and usable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively report status to stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Strong skills in the use of software development and delivery platforms (such as Jira/ADO) and electronic document management systems.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive results-oriented teams.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations and standards such as 21 CFR Part Design Control), ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and IVDR.
