About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your professional skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business, products, and category innovations. You will have the chance to experience various functions, teams, and brands within our Marketing department, as well as understand how they interact and work with the rest of the company.

The main mission of this role, reporting to the Marketing Manager, is to support the definition and implementation of marketing plans and key initiatives for the brand, aligned with the local adaptation of our international vision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Marketing Plans: Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
  2. Brand Expression and Communication: Ensure effective communication and alignment between subsidiaries and brands to maximize brand expression and consistency.
  3. KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators to ensure business compliance with objectives and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Brand Strategy Implementation: Support the development and implementation of 360-degree brand strategies, including communication, trade, and promotional plans, in line with global brand guidelines and strategy.
  5. Promotional Plan Development: Assist in developing promotional plans for assigned brands, including proposing local actions and managing promotional material production and distribution.
  6. Digital Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure excellent brand image deployment, aligned with global guidelines and strategy.
  7. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market conditions to proactively evaluate competitor activities, identify key trends, and leverage opportunities that impact performance.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in operational marketing support roles.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field, completed within the last three years.
  3. Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
