**The Opportunity**
This exciting role offers a unique chance to develop your professional skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business, products, and innovative strategies. You will have the opportunity to experience various functions, teams, and brands within our Marketing department, as well as understand how they interact and collaborate with the rest of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and key initiatives for assigned brands, aligning with the local adaptation of our international vision.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure effective communication and alignment between subsidiaries and brands, maximizing brand expression.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business compliance with objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of 360-degree brand strategies, focusing on omnichannel implementation, communication, trade, and promotional plans, as well as on- and off-point of sale visibility.
- Develop and manage promotional plans for assigned brands, including the proposal of local actions.
- Oversee the production and distribution of promotional materials.
- Support the digital brand strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team, ensuring excellent brand image deployment according to global guidelines and strategy.
