About the Role

The Alpega Group is a leading software company that offers modular solutions to manage transportation end-to-end. We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager Iberia to join our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies in Iberia, aligned with regional sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to select optimal strategies for increased visibility in the market.
  • Plan, organize, and execute regional events such as trade shows, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Build and maintain a strong community of logistics and supply chain professionals in the Iberian market.
  • Develop engaging customer success stories by conducting interviews with clients.
  • Work closely with associations and enterprises from the Logistics and Supply Chain sector to build strong communities within the industry.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a campaign, event manager, or similar.
  • Native or bilingual Spanish speaker.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Natural team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Successful track record in launching marketing actions in the Iberian market.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and a "doer".
  • No-nonsense, energetic, and can-do attitude.
  • Enthusiastic leadership to inspire and rally others.
