Unlocking Digital Potential
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Engagement Technologies to lead the discovery, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Customer and MarTech Platforms and other customer engagement technology and digital applications and services that enable best of breed Digital Initiatives and Marketing Automation for our marketing and business partners, globally.
This position is responsible for the full service, operation, and delivery of Galderma's Digital Customer Engagement Technology Application Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall audience enablement for marketing, sales, and service end-points including system connectivity, automation of data refreshes, manual ad-hoc list pulls, and ongoing optimisations.
- Develop, implement, and document requirements, business rules, workflows, and processes for marketing automation tools.
