Job Title: Data Privacy Senior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Privacy Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for providing expert-level regulatory advice and support to management on all matters of data protection impacting current and planned future business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide GDPR data protection input to a range of business-led projects and initiatives across International Markets.
  • Support management with the implementation of any potential regulatory change in any jurisdiction.
  • Maintain and embed the EGS Compliance Policy Framework and a positive compliance culture in relation to data protection.
  • Establish and execute appropriate mechanisms to test the continued effectiveness of the arrangements in place to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance in the field of data protection.
  • Provide input to the development and review of the annual compliance plan with regard to data protection matters.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a data protection function within a financial services organisation, ideally within health or general insurance that has a multinational focus.
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
  • Sound understanding of the European regulatory landscape in the field of data protection, and ideally across several jurisdictions across Europe.

Working Relationships:

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior managers throughout EGS, compliance colleagues throughout EGS and more broadly across International Markets.
