Product Operations Specialist, Global Revenue Optimization

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to join our team at Mygwork. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our discount programs and private pricing contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry, data management, and pricing calculations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structures to be applied, ensuring compliance with customer agreements.
- Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy, driving continuous improvement.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and implement data and operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
- Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems, driving data-driven decision making.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key performance indicators.
