Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Terminal Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our terminal, including stock data management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in accordance with relevant legislation, company health & safety policy, and Yara safety principles to ensure a safe working environment.
- Active participation in the creation and follow-up of Quality Management (QM) notifications related to administrative mistakes affecting stock figures.
- Monitor frequency and propose preventive actions to improve stock data processing and monitoring.
- Participate in training as required and identified in the Development Plan on People Path.
- Close collaboration with internal & external stakeholders, including the European Business Service Center's departments and 3rd party terminals' staff.
Requirements
- Organized and structured mindset with a focus on meeting day-to-day deadlines.
- Flexible approach with the ability to leave comfort zones when required.
- Good communication skills, team player, and flexible approach.
- Willingness to learn and service-oriented.
- Language skills: Spanish (very fluent) and English (mid to fluent).
- Experience with IT office tools is a must, experience with SAP is a nice to have.
