Training Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Engineer to join our team at Wallbox. As a key member of our Educational Services department, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize the benefits of our cutting-edge EV charging solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, partners, and customers, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Gain hands-on experience with our products and charging solutions to understand their functionality and integrate product knowledge into training courses.
- Support the organization and logistics of training sessions, including coordinating with team members and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to training content and delivery methods.
- Full fluency in English and French is mandatory; an additional language such as Spanish or Italian is an advantage.
- Degree in a relevant technical field.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in their ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated adaptability and strong commitment to continuous learning.
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to take initiative, contributing positively to problem-solving efforts.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to conduct on-site training sessions and attend industry events and conferences.
