About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Engineer to join our team at Wallbox. As a key member of our Educational Services department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative training solutions that drive success across multiple projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and partners. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars that cover essential aspects of our EV charging solutions.

As a Training Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, partners, and customers.
  • Gaining hands-on experience with our products and charging solutions to understand their functionality.
  • Supporting the organization and logistics of training sessions.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback to improve training programs.
  • Staying current with advancements in EV charging technology and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Curriculum Development: Collaborating with subject matter experts to design and develop comprehensive training materials.
  • Product Expertise: Gaining a deep understanding of our products and charging solutions through hands-on practice and product testing.
  • Training Programs Implementation and Delivery: Conducting engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Supporting our Learning Management System administration and contributing to the development and maintenance of a robust knowledge base repository.
  • Professional Development: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EV charging technology, industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing enhancements to training content and delivery methods.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full fluency in English and French is mandatory. An additional language such as Spanish or Italian is an advantage.
  • A degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in your ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
  • A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to take initiative, contributing positively to problem-solving efforts.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally to conduct on-site training sessions and attend industry events and conferences.
