Job Title: Training Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Engineer to join our team at Wallbox. As a key member of our Educational Services department, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize the benefits of our cutting-edge EV charging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, partners, and customers.
  • Gain hands-on experience with products and charging solutions to understand functionality and integrate product knowledge into training courses.
  • Support the organization and logistics of training sessions, including coordinating logistics, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to training content and delivery methods.
Requirements:
  • Full fluency in English and French is mandatory; an additional language such as Spanish or Italian is an advantage.
  • Degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in their ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and strong commitment to continuous learning.
  • Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to take initiative, contributing positively to problem-solving efforts.
