HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Semrush. As an integral part of our HR department, this role will focus on leveraging HR data to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
The successful candidate will specialize in analyzing complex HR metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization through technology. This individual will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to align budgeting processes with business objectives.
The HR Data Analyst will provide actionable insights to support the optimization of HR initiatives and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting & Forecasting Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of staff costs, including payroll, benefits, and HR operational expenses.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics to examine cost changes, staff numbers, and HR metrics.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement process automation opportunities within HR analytics and budgeting.
- HR Data Management & Governance: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data.
- Strategic Insights & Consultative Support: Act as a consultative partner to HR and non-HR stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, with a demonstrated focus on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, HR, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and advanced data analysis techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting standards and staff cost analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
