HR Data Analyst

At Semrush, we're seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in leveraging HR data to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze complex HR metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization through technology.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to align budgeting processes with business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to support the optimization of HR initiatives and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
- Develop and maintain forecasting tools and models, ensuring they are robust and responsive to business changes.
- Collaborate with HRBP in developing and governance of these tools, maintaining clear documentation and supporting strategic capacity planning discussions.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, with a demonstrated focus on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, HR, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, Adaptive, Tableau) and advanced data analysis techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS) and staff cost analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience in data governance and quality management practices.
- Advanced technical skills, including SQL proficiency and familiarity with data science or statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HRBP and other stakeholders.
