Work In Progress Textilhandels GmbH, a family-owned business group, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
- Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, providing leadership and guidance to the store team.
- Develop and implement procedures to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store presentation.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our brand's values, products, and services, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Fluency in Spanish and good English skills are highly desirable.
