Junior Project Manager
Sotec Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee digital project management, specifically in mobile application development.

Requirements:
  • University degree or higher vocational training.
  • Previous experience in managing teams and digital projects is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with all departments, external suppliers, and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to anticipate, analyze, and resolve potential issues before they arise.
  • Advanced skills in workflow organization, task preparation, and timing planning.
  • High proficiency in drafting informative notes and preparing technical briefs.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English (minimum C1 level).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete management of assigned projects, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and ensuring deadlines are met according to the overall plan established by management and department heads.
  • Preparation of technical tasks, workflow planning, and timing, coordinating work processes with various external development teams and internal department leads.
  • Act as a liaison between the production team and management for assigned projects.
  • Support the department head in their duties.
  • Analyze and propose improvements for processes across all areas and tools of the company, reporting to the department head.
  • Engage with internal/external clients, negotiate, monitor projects, explain workflows, and make decisions.
