**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Carhartt WIP Store Las Palmas. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring sales plans are achieved, and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including supervising sales staff and maintaining store appearance.
- Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Implement company procedures and directives, ensuring compliance and adherence to brand standards.
- Support the sales team in product knowledge, providing training and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
- Mentor and develop sales staff to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company visual merchandising standards.
- Process deliveries efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely receipt of stock.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong background in supervising and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Fluency in Spanish and good English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
