Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Carhartt WIP Store Las Palmas. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, deputizing in their absence, and ensuring the implementation of company procedures and directives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Implement company procedures and directives, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Meet sales goals by mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff, and supporting the store team in product knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and company visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure timely processing of deliveries and inventory management.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong background in supervising and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in retail systems.
- Fluency in Spanish and good English skills are advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
