We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Owner to join our Centre of Excellence and Innovation for MyServices at Boehringer Ingelheim España. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing IT and transforming the business by owning and implementing IT4IT processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Ownership: Oversee and guide the product management backlog within the ServiceNow platform related to MyServices, ensuring efficient and effective process execution.
- Alignment with Business Objectives: Collaborate with the Product Owner of SPM to align IT4IT processes with business objectives, driving strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Define, implement, and improve IT4IT processes within the ServiceNow platform to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, continually monitoring and analyzing process effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow products, providing expert knowledge and guidance on the ServiceNow SPM product.
- Stakeholder Management: Continually monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the demand management process, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Process Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a process lead in a multinational corporation, coordinating cross-functional teams in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Experience implementing and improving ServiceNow products, particularly the SPM product.
- ITIL Foundations Knowledge: ITIL Foundations knowledge based on Service Management tools (ServiceNow).
- Project Management and Agile: Project Management and Agile Product setup experience.
- Stakeholder Management and Process Design: Experienced in stakeholder management and process design, with a strong ability to prioritize and adapt quickly for continuous improvement.
- Soft Skills: Good soft skills like organization, teamwork, and active listening.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills to effectively communicate complex processes and concepts to non-technical team members.
- Language and Travel: Excellent spoken and written English, with willingness and readiness to travel on demand.
