Job Title: Global Process Owner - Integrated Business Planning
Location: Barcelona
Job SummaryThe Global Process Owner - Integrated Business Planning is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process to ensure seamless coordination and alignment to achieve Empresa reconocida's business objectives.
This role will ensure that decisions are data-driven and able to address risks and disruptions, ultimately optimizing decision-making for improved business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Process Ownership: Own and manage the Global E2E Integrated Business Planning process blueprint, ensuring compliance with statutory and business requirements.
- Process Vision: Set and communicate process vision, drive transformation, and align solutions to global standards.
- Performance Targets: Define performance targets and reporting metrics for the E2E process.
- Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives and manage design change requests.
- Service Delivery: Oversee service delivery, foster standardization, and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Foster stakeholder relationships, drive performance, and promote ideas for improvement across teams.
- Finance Background: Finance degree or equivalent experience.
- International Experience: Significant experience in financial planning at an international level. Operations experience (supply/demand planning) a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively set and communicate process vision, collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and serve as an escalation point for adherence and compliance issues.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical and data-driven mindset to define performance targets, track key metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities through assessments and benchmarking.
- Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of statutory, regulatory, security, and business requirements, enabling the development of compliant and efficient global processes.
- Service Delivery: Experience in managing service delivery, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall process efficiency and effectiveness.
