Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Management Process Owner to join our team at Boehringer Ingelheim España. As a key player in our Centre of Excellence and Innovation for MyServices, you will have the opportunity to impact our entire ServiceNow platform and contribute to the transformation of our business globally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversight and guidance of the product management backlog within the ServiceNow platform related to MyServices.
  • Collaboration with the Product Owner of SPM to align the IT4IT processes with business objectives.
  • Definition, implementation, and improvement of IT4IT processes within the ServiceNow platform to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow products.
  • Expert knowledge and guidance on the ServiceNow SPM product.
  • Continual monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of the demand management process, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience as process lead in a multinational corporation, coordinating cross-functional teams in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment.
  • Experience implementing and improving ServiceNow products.
  • Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the SPM product.
  • ITIL Foundations knowledge based on Service Management tools (ServiceNow).
  • Project Management and Agile Product setup experience.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and process design, with a strong ability to prioritize and adapt quickly for continuous improvement.
  • Good soft skills like organization, teamwork, and active listening.
  • Able to work under pressure in a global and complex environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex processes and concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel on demand.
