We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Group Business Controller (Group FP&A Analyst) to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.

Easy Park is a rapidly growing tech company on a mission to make cities more livable. We operate in an entrepreneurial and international environment, providing financial planning and analysis for one or several group business functions at Easy Park Group.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze monthly financial performance and KPIs for one or several group business functions.
  • Develop and implement forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term strategic planning initiatives.
  • Act as a natural go-to financial business partner to functional and executive leaders within Easy Park Group.
  • Work closely with several teams in a group matrix and an international organization.
  • Contribute to global projects related to the group's finance operating model, focusing on leading financial analysis for strategic initiatives such as business cases, investments, and M&A activity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses into the group's financial processes and systems.
  • Implement and develop new financial reports within our group BI tools to support these integration efforts.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a business controller, management consultant, or from a similar area of work.
  • Knowledge of analyzing business performance and presenting findings to senior stakeholders in international organizations.
  • Skills in financial modeling and analysis of financial statements and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Excel and BI tools like Qlik Sense and Looker.
