We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Experience and Interaction Design Lead to join our in-house Creative and Design Studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) and interaction design (IxD), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design outputs while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of UX and UI designers to ensure high-quality and performance standards are met.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
- Deliver across the UX/UI process, from information architecture to final High Fidelity prototypes.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate design into the development process.
- Guide the team in conducting user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Lead usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Implement internal capabilities to ensure all design teams follow common UX/UI best practices and align with our company's brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
- 9+ years of experience in UX and interaction design.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish. German and other languages are a plus.
