We are seeking a passionate Interaction Design Lead to redefine Roche User Interface and Product design and transform the Healthcare industry for the better. This role will be part of an international group of designers that serve our purpose.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the User Experience and User Interface Design to reimagine the software and web services for laboratories and hospitals.
- Imagine and deliver excellent product experiences and high-quality interface prototypes designed to match modern interaction standards.
- Create and facilitate workshops with product teams to gather system-level information and to coordinate the design deliverables.
- Gather system requirements and translate them into compelling UX workflows and interfaces.
- Collaborate with business teams, medical and development teams to build world-class software applications and solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility, standards, and usability, and mentor other designers by providing structured feedback during UX expert reviews and design critiques.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in providing design direction to deliver exceptional digital products.
- Strong experience of how the user interface should scale across different applications, platforms, resolutions, contexts of use.
- Grasp of design system applications and shared design libraries.
- Experience in creating, facilitating, and analyzing workshops and co-design sessions with customers and stakeholders.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, Javascript, WebComponents) and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
