Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Ge Transport. As a key member of our supplier quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, purchasing, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to drive continuous improvement and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance and quality issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance and supplier quality management.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
