Project Details:
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (with flexibility for other locations within Germany).
Service Provision: Services are primarily provided remotely but may require on-site attendance for specific appointments.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business transformation.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in agile contexts, working with large organizations (10,000+ employees).
At least 2 years of experience in collecting requirements for IT-related programs interfacing with specialist departments.
Proven experience in AI-supported specialist processes and stakeholder communication.
Skills: Expertise in systemic approaches to infrastructure data management.
Proficient in project management tools like JIRA and documentation platforms such as Confluence and Microsoft SharePoint.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Familiarity with SAFe methodology and experience in coaching and supporting program leaders.
