A Career in Financial Talent Development

We are seeking a talented individual to join our People and Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent development, learn the inner workings of our organization, and contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating interviews and distributing assessments for various roles to ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Posting job openings across college networks, job boards, and social media platforms to expand our pool of qualified candidates.
  • Partnering with the HR team on exciting projects like recruiting, training, employee communications, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records using cutting-edge HR systems, giving you exposure to enterprise cloud technologies.
  • Administering background checks for new hires and following up with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Troubleshooting any HR-related issues and assisting managers and leaders in creating a positive, thriving work environment.

Requirements

  • You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (Excel lovers, you're welcome).
  • You are fluent in English (bonus points if you speak 1-2 additional EU languages).
  • You are a self-starter mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • You have a passion for continuous improvement and making meaningful contributions to our team.
