Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Professional to join our international team at our customer's digital banking program. In this role, you will engage with high-profile clients from one of Europe's leading digital banks, offering savings advice and introducing cutting-edge banking products with attractive returns.
Your primary focus will be on addressing the needs of bank customers via various communication channels such as calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, delivering top-notch service while showcasing innovative digital banking products in the German market.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for banking-related issues like account opening, password locks, transfers, etc.
- Manage back-office tasks, including responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Present and promote banking products.
- Adhere to transparency requirements, service information, and client protection regulations related to investment products.
- Report and follow up on application anomalies.
- Meet quality standards and sales objectives set by the entity.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: Preferred studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Good level of English.
- Fluency in Spanish is considered as a plus.
