Job Title: Global Talent Management Specialist

PageGroup SSC is seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Design and implement effective performance management systems that provide valuable insights to leaders, ensuring alignment with broader talent management strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with performance management platform vendors, optimizing services to meet organizational needs and continuously evaluating and improving vendor-provided platform functionalities.
  • Broader Talent Management Projects: Provide insights for developing new career development programs, contributing to the early stages of a new talent mobility approach, and facilitating internal movements and maximizing talent utilization.
  • Collaboration Across Pillars: Work collaboratively with other pillars within the People & Culture function to ensure alignment and integration of talent management strategies, partnering with Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and other teams to deliver cohesive talent management solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to track talent metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions, generating regular reports and presentations for executive leadership on talent management outcomes and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in talent management, performance management, career management, talent mobility, or related HR functions in large organizations.
  • Exposure to COE structures & large employee base deployments preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing performance management approaches in complex organizational environments.
  • Process implementation & Process digitization/ transformation experience across multiple geographies is required.

Special Skills/Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of talent management best practices, performance management methodologies, and career management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC).
