Your Role

">

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our commercial strategy and performing sales activities in the hotel to achieve optimal results. Your tasks will include:

  • ">
  • Generating quotes for groups">
  • Gestión and follow-up pre- and post-groups">
  • Gestión in-house groups">
  • Conducting inspection visits">
  • Supporting the Channel Manager in Revenue functions">
  • Managing budgets and invoicing">
  • Preparing commercial reports and orders">
  • Reporting effectively on BePlus with all commercial information">
  • Making market prospecting, capturing, selling, and following up with customers">
  • Analyzing and understanding the market and competition, proposing actions to increase market share">
  • Familiarity with OPERA, office software, and hospitality industry knowledge">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • ">
  • University degree in Tourism or similar">
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration (preferably)">
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial departments">
  • Fluency in English (highly recommended), and other languages such as French and German (valued)">
