Job Title: Customer Experience Program Manager

Join Microsoft's Azure Data team as a Customer Experience Program Manager and play a critical role in shaping the future of data analytics. As a key member of the Fabric Customer Advisory Team (CAT), you will work closely with top-tier customers to solve complex problems, educate on best practices, and collect and curate product feedback to inform feature development.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Microsoft field teams to ensure enterprise customers achieve success with Fabric
  • Solve complex technical problems and identify patterns of defects or misuse
  • Collect and curate feedback on features and functionality, bringing it to the attention of Program Managers within the Fabric product group
  • Evangelize Fabric best practices in the community, embodying Microsoft's culture and values
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and 4+ years of software industry experience related to technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and utilize engineering tools, customer telemetry, and direct customer input
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with challenging and strategic customers and partners
  • Fluent Spanish language skills, with additional European languages a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or related field, and 6+ years of software industry experience related to technology
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, with a deep understanding of Fabric and at least one Fabric workload
