Program Manager

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to support the continued expansion of our European fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large complex projects with ambitious schedule commitments.
  • Manage project engineers and other specialists, coordinating schedules with multiple vendors.
  • Interface and drive various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage overall project budget and approve purchase orders and invoices.
  • Contribute to developing comprehensive budgets during project conception.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project, or sub-task.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and managing large project budgets.
  • Project management and implementation experience with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams.
  • Extensive experience in project management and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
  • Experience in launching new logistics centers, factories, or large facilities.
  • Certified Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, or other).

The role will be based anywhere in Europe with up to 50% of time on job travel, either domestically or to other EMEA countries.
