Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and respond to service team tickets, providing L1 support and advice to customers.
  2. Share best practices and coach the team to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
  3. Continuously improve and maintain our internal systems to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  4. Identify and escalate critical issues that require follow-up or investigation.
  5. Develop and implement interdepartmental communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration.
  6. Ensure accurate documentation and communication of processes, policies, and procedures for IT support.
  7. Lead the vision for continuous improvement of services, focusing on proactive planning, customer-centric support, and accountability.
  8. Provide product and process training, support L1 onboarding, and collaborate with key account partners.

Requirements:

  1. Engineer or similar technical background.
  2. Strong IT knowledge, including remote operations, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
  3. Embedded systems expertise, with the ability to remotely connect and troubleshoot systems.
  4. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience with ticketing and reporting systems, such as Salesforce and Jira.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with alternating shifts (8:00 - 17:00) or (10:00 - 19:00).
