Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at Altea Energy. As a key member of our RKF Asset Team, you will play a critical role in delivering timely and high-quality production and development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate RKF PEWS;WI; activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Work closely with the RKF Asset Team to support developing and implementing Division objectives.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and government agencies, to ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Identify, prioritize, and mature RKF PEWS;WI; opportunities aligned with JVs.
  • Propose standards dispensations in PEWS;WI; related evaluations.
  • Implement Digital/Data Management best practices for RKF PEWS;WI; activities.
  • Identify and mitigate PEWS;WI; risks.
  • Support the RKF Asset Management team in PEWS;WI; tasks.
  • Lead engineering design, planning, and supervision of well interventions.
  • Ensure adherence to well integrity and reservoir management processes.
  • Investigate, identify, and recommend remedial well operations.
  • Support staff recruitment for RKF Asset PEWS;WI; staff.
  • Develop and implement a Production Development PEWS;WI; work execution strategy.
  • Incorporate new drilling campaign results into the production and development strategy.
  • Influence RKF Asset in PEWS;WI; aspects through GRKF forums.
  • Closely liaise and coordinate with PEWS;WI; GKRF secondees to align PEWS;WI; work.
  • Propose business and/or strategic oriented PEWS;WI; studies/evaluation/surveillance to GRKF.
  • Ensure safe execution of Production and Development PEWS;WI; of GRKF works.
  • Adhere to Production and Development PEWS;WI; processes.
  • Propose PEWS;WI; staff allocation within GRKF activities to ensure delivery.
  • Forecast short-term production profiles in coordination with AD GG;RE; Lead.
  • Monitor production and injection within GRKF and propose short-term production optimization techniques/measures.
  • Promote mentoring, coaching, and training junior/professional colleagues in PEWS;WI; tools and techniques, workflows, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate to assign Training plans to PEWS;WI; to support ongoing business activities and capability gap closure.
  • Manage the Production Development PEWS;WI; GRKF team budget.
  • Identify and propose action plans for well integrity issues.
  • Implement risk management processes related to GRKF Operations.
Key Processes to Implement
  • All PEWS;WI; delivery and execution processes related to both internal and external parties.
  • PEWS;WI; data acquisition, processing, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Growth, Development, and Production PEWS;WI; opportunities identification, prioritization, and maturation.
  • Well planning and workover/intervention activity support.
  • Nodal Analysis for Production System Optimization.
  • Engineering design, planning, and supervision of well interventions.
