Production Software Engineer I

Are you a skilled software engineer looking to excel in a fast-paced environment? Oracle Health is seeking a talented Production Software Engineer I to join our International Support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to clients and perform custom code development and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and analyze technical coding issues
  • Own, debug, and document investigations and resolution of issues
  • Perform root cause analysis
  • Communicate with internal and external clients and teams on issue resolution
  • Create code-based queries and development testing tools
  • Consult with clients to understand problems
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • At least 1 year of software engineering experience
  • Fluent English skills
  • Desired language skills: Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, French, German
