Production Engineer

Coty is a leading beauty company with a diverse portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skin care, and body care. We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our Operations team.

The Role

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for defining work procedures for the production line, ensuring standardization with all operations personnel, and identifying quality devices for calibration. You will also analyze principal indicators of the line, including rejection rates, OEE, breakdown analysis, timings, and wastage.

You will identify and propose improvements to eliminate the basic causes of deviations in OEE, cost, quality, and security. Additionally, you will participate in the launch of new initiatives and lead training execution for personnel on the line.

Requirements
  • Engineering degree
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
  • English, high level written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Advanced user in office tools
  • Results-oriented, analytical work attitude
  • Advanced communication skills
