Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our management team, as well as overseeing HR operations and implementing HR initiatives aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations
    • Oversee HR operations in Spain and Portugal, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • HR Guidance and Support
    • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to our management team
    • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with our business goals
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Lead the recruitment process for key positions in Spain and Portugal
    • Develop and implement talent management programs to identify and develop future leaders
  • Employee Engagement and Development
    • Develop and implement employee engagement and development programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention
    • Provide training and development opportunities to employees
  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage HR-related projects, including the implementation of new HR systems and processes

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent management
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business goals and objectives
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
