Job Description

As the Talent & Culture Business Partner for Spain & Portugal, you will play a key role in driving HR operations and providing strategic guidance to management. Your responsibilities will include analyzing HR metrics, resolving employee relations issues, and suggesting HR strategies aligned with business and company goals.

Main Accountabilities:Talent & Culture Services to Hotels in the Hub:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Leaders Operations, delivering T&C services to Hotels as per Management and franchise agreement.
  • Manage Hotel schools relations and promote optional and billable T&C services to Franchise and Managed hotels.
  • Collaborate with the CoE Operations for Bloom to drive business growth.
Talent Acquisition MED:
  • Ensure Managed hotels General Managers selection, acting as an agency, and identify future GM & HODs pipeline.
  • Develop top talent Heads of Departments and ensure Support Office talent selection in compliance with Company selection standards & processes & Budgets.
  • Guarantee excellent onboarding process for all new hires and drive Hotel Openings and Massive Recruitments.
  • Define Employer Branding actions and strategy for the region.
Project Management:
  • Implement and adapt global and ENA projects at local level, driving business growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous HR experience as generalist, with consultancy & sales background.
  • Languages: Spanish, Portuguese & English.
  • Ability to implement projects, labor law knowledge for Spain and Portugal, and capacity to accompany different profiles in different languages.
  • Management of a team.
