Scopely is seeking a skilled VIP Manager to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional player experiences in Star Trek Fleet Command. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued players, ensuring their needs are met, and driving loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to anticipate and meet the needs of our VIP players, based on our portfolio's VIP strategy.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with VIPs through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
- Manage a community channel dedicated to VIPs, if applicable, to foster engagement and community building.
- Triage new game bugs and collaborate with Product teams to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring player satisfaction.
- Oversee and direct a team of VIP support agents to maintain high resolution times and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Community and Player Care teams to stay informed about upcoming events and product updates, ensuring VIPs are kept up-to-date.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to our User Research and Product teams, representing the voice of our VIP players.
- Monitor key KPIs, such as CSAT, player activity, and spend, and take action on trends to drive customer loyalty.
- Analyze player behaviors and develop initiatives to grow customer loyalty through bonuses, gifts, or events.
- 4+ years of experience in a VIP team, customer service, or customer support role.
- Data-driven with the ability to understand trends and find ROI-positive solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English.
- Possession of a passion for conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Strong evidence of contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Account management experience.
- Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from raw data.
- Confidence in sharing ideas with teammates and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to develop target-specific campaigns and report pre/post-campaign results.
- Proven experience in VIP portfolio/ROI-driven growth.
- Experience in VIP account management for a mobile game or product.
- Proven experience in analytical, reporting, and budget management.
- Casino/gaming VIP or host experience.
- Video game or mobile game experience.
- Knowledge of JIRA and intermediate analytical skills.
- A gamer.
