About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a VIP Manager at Tangelo Games. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for maintaining, strengthening, and nurturing close relationships with our high-value players to provide them with a great player experience and top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies and campaigns for our VIP players, ensuring they are informed about events, promotions, and product updates.
  • Foster strong connections with elite users through personalized service and unique engagement opportunities, while gathering feedback to enhance their experience.
  • Represent the interests of our VIP players by providing valuable insights on their preferences and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze key metrics like contact rates and player activity to inform strategic actions and optimize engagement.
  • Provide outstanding service by promptly addressing inquiries, issues, and suggestions to ensure a top-tier experience for our VIP players.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in a CRM VIP team or marketing/customer service role within the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service and CRM operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Spanish (native level) and English; French and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and creative with strong listening skills and empathy.
  • Player-oriented and team-focused.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the gaming industry.
