About the Role

We're seeking an experienced VIP Customer Communications Executive to join our eDreams ODIGEO Communications team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing sensitive customer complaints, ensuring excellent service to our highly valued individuals, and identifying PR risks to minimize negative visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage VIP and sensitive customer complaints
  • Manage customer complaints received through our Social Care channels
  • Support other VIP tasks such as legal customer complaints, consumer organisation files, and data protection consumer rights cases
  • Measure, analyse, and report on the results of initiatives
Requirements
  • Background in Tourism required
  • Minimum experience in handling customer complaints and familiarised with traditional and interactive claims channels
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with CRM tools and G-suite
