Product Manager, Retail Media Specialist

Constructor is a leading search and product discovery platform for enterprise ecommerce, where conversions matter. Our AI-first solutions make it easier for shoppers to discover products they want to buy and for ecommerce teams to deliver highly personalized experiences that drive impressive results. With a proven track record of generating consistent $10M+ lifts for top brands like Sephora, Petco, and The Very Group, we're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead our new Retail Media product.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and own the end-to-end implementation of various product components, including the bidding engine, campaign management, and advertiser management.
- Take ownership of lean delivery, conducting regular check-ins to ensure the project stays on track.
- Arrange sessions with relevant personas to ensure continuous discovery and optimal backlog prioritization.
- Prioritize and align requests and business needs for the new product, identifying each customer's unique needs and considering them as part of the versatile solution.
- Build a feedback loop with first adopters, ensuring their happiness and success in business metrics.
- A minimum of four years of professional experience in product management, with a strong preference for advertising and retail media products.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively, including external stakeholders.
- Background in Advertising, eCommerce, Retail, SaaS, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Focus on empathetic communication and continuous improvement.
